Dear Ms. Tarcan:

We are writing to you in regards to your recently submitted firefighter application. After extended deliberation, we have deemed you unsuitable for any employment within the Los Santos Fire Department. You can find the reason(s) listed below:
- Failed to fill out your date of birth in the DD/MMM/YYYY Format.
- Failed to fill out your domestic address in the ####, Street Name, Area, State Format.
- Failed to specify what higher education you obtained.
- Failed to properly fill in your previous employment details
- (( On the arecord I see names that are not listed in your current or previous characters))
- The main reason for this denial, rather than allowing you to fix the previously mentioned errors: Applicants are required to have no criminal history beyond civil/traffic infractions. Unfortunately when running a background check on you, we discovered you possess a criminal record.
